Anuj Kumar Taliyan is an Indian Army Officer from Meerut (Haryana), who has represented India and won various titles at multiple prestigious events of bodybuilding and fitness championships on the national and international level.
Started off as an amateur wrestler, who knew that a lower middle class boy hailing from ‘chhur’ a small village in northern India will make his way in the league of legendary bodybuilders of the country.

The Absolute Family shook hands with Mr. Taliyan in 2018 and foresaw his thirst to achieve the greatest accolades in the field of bodybuilding. This was when Anuj Kumar Taliyan was aiming to participate in the world championships but did not had a wholesome sponsor.
After joining the family of Absolute nutrition, he won the title of Mr. India again in 2018 and Mr. Saraighat in the year 2019.
Absolute helped Anuj Kumar Taliyan with all of his nutrition needs to help him prepare with a free mind and just focus to achieve the next accolade.
He worked like a beast for the world championship and his hard work paid off in 2019 where he won gold in 100kg+ category at the WBPF, World bodybuilding championships where Team India and Absolute Nutrition stood tall with him.
This life turning award really ignited his hunger for greatness to a next level and in 2022, his handwork again paid off when he won Gold in 54th Asian Championships held at Maldives. He grabbed this gold in the 100kg+ category and has become a people’s champion over the last decade.
